The Commonwealth Commission is inviting applications for two master/PhD/Research scholarships at a university in the United Kingdom.

The course of study can be one year taught masters courses, six months of clinical training in medicine or dentistry, doctoral degrees or up to three years and one year research on a split-site basis. Applicants should have a first degree of a relevant postgraduate degree, be able to take up scholarship by October 2010, and return to their Commonwealth-member territory upon completion of course.

Application forms are available at Human Resources, Government Headquarters, Church Street, Basseterre or on website www.cscuk.org.uk/developingcommonwealthscholarships.asp. The Nomination deadline is December 31, 2009. Applicants are asked to note that nomination by one’s country does not guarantee selection or placement.
