Taipei, Republic of China (Taiwan), December 5, 2025 — The Embassy of Saint Christopher (Saint Kitts) and Nevis signs a Letter of Intent (LOI) with IntelliGen Technology Co., Ltd. to explore the use of their AI 3D medical imaging software, Anatomy Cloud.
The AI software converts two-dimensional (2D) medical scans into three-dimensional (3D) images within three to five minutes.
On Thursday December 4 at the World Premiere Conference on AI 3D Medical Imaging Standardization and MR Achievement, His Excellency Ambassador Donya L. Francis signed an agreement for the Ministry of Health of Saint Kitts and Nevis to access the groundbreaking AI software to support smart healthcare advancement, clinical applications, and medical education.
“We are grateful to Taiwan’s Ministry of Health and Welfare and IntelliGen Technology for initiating this collaboration that gives our Federation access to the most state-of-the-art technology in AI medicine, which will allow us to advance our social protection goal as part of our Sustainable Island State Agenda (SISA),” says Ambassador Francis. “When our medical professionals add this sophisticated technology to their toolkits, medical care in Saint Kitts and Nevis will be second to none.”
Taiwan’s IntelliGen Technology established partnerships with four of Taiwan’s allied countries—Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Tuvalu and Belize.
IntelliGen also partners with Microsoft Taiwan who provides the servers for hosting the platform where allied countries can easily access this software from across the globe.
In representing the Office of the President of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Mr. Mark Chih-wei Ho, Deputy Secretary-General to the President noted that Taiwan expects this software to advance the country’s impact on the global Artificial Intelligence industry, and as Taiwan climbs, it remains committed to helping its allied countries through medical diplomacy.
Superintendents from hospitals across Taiwan spoke about their experience using Anatomy Cloud and its profound impact on healthcare accessibility.
According to IntelliGen’s official website, Anatomy Cloud leverages AI to rapidly and automatically convert traditional 2D grayscale medical images into 3D color visualizations. It supports clinical and educational institutions and is widely used in diagnosis, communication, preoperative planning, intraoperative navigation, medical education, and remote learning.
